Pre-Qualification The first step to purchasing a property is to get pre-approved, then you will know how much you can afford. Your Mortgage broker will ask You for detailed information about your finances and Your credit, in order to Pre-approve You for an amount. A Wells Fargo Pre-qualification letter is required for many of my HOT properties, this can take as little as an hour of your time. Also, there are a ton of properties being held by the banks-it is imperative you are Pre-qualified and ready to go when the dam breaks!
