The first step to purchasing a property is to get pre-approved, then you will know how much you can afford. You can do this by clicking on one of my Wells Fargo Links below.  Your Mortgage broker will ask You for detailed information about your finances and your credit, in order to Pre-approve You for an amount. 

      A Wells Fargo Pre-qualification letter is required for any WF property that is financed, this can take as little as an hour of your time.   The Wells Fargo link to a mortgage broker is located in the middle of this website and allows you to directly go to the home page, input your information and speeds the process considerably. Thinking of re-habbing a property a property, ask about the FHA 203K rehab loan, which will incorporate some repairs into the loan.

Also, clicking on "How much can I afford" is a quick and easy way to estimate your future mortgage payments.
