The first step to purchasing a property is to get pre-approved, then you will know how much you can afford. You can do this by shopping around for a lender or you can do it with our in-house lender at Access Financial & Real Estate Services Inc.  Your Mortgage broker will ask You for detailed information about your finances and Your credit, in order to Pre-approve You for an amount.  This generally, takes as little as an hour of your time.
