The first step to purchasing a property is to get pre-approved, then you will know how much you can afford. You can do this by shopping around for a lender or you can do it with our in-house lender at Access Financial & Real Estate Services Inc.  Your Mortgage broker will ask You for detailed information about your finances and Your credit, in order to Pre-approve You for an amount. 

      A Wells Fargo Pre-qualification letter is required for many of my REO properties, this can take as little as an hour of your time.   The Wells Fargo link to a mortgage broker is located in the middle of this website and allows you to directly go to their home page, input your information and speeds the process considerably. Also, there are a ton of properties being held by the banks-it is imperative you are "Pre-qual'd" and ready to go when the dam breaks!
